So...you think you can't afford home staging?

Many people think of home staging as one more expense they have in selling their house. The fact is, staging should be seen as an investment. Statistics show that 94.8% of ASP staged homes sell on average in 37 days or less. So, when you are wondering whether or not to have your home staged, the better question would be whether you could afford a price reduction if your home does not sell. If you want your house to sell for the highest price possible in the shortest amount of time, then staging is the investment you cannot afford to do without!

MYTH: "STAGING IS DECORATING"

Decorating and/or design means that you are personalizing your home for living. With staging, your home must be depersonalized to prepare your home to become a house to the potential buyer. Depersonalizing is the key when preparing your home for sale. The buyer must be able to see the house as something that could become their home.
